In Defense of George and Angelina

I am ranting so be warned. 

When I first read the Weasley Family Tree and saw that George Weasley and Angelina Johnson got together, I thought it was super interesting. The pairing screams drama (Not to mention it tells a story on it's own) and I'm interested to know more about how it came to be. 

Though the hatred for it is extreme, and I hate that Angelina is painted as someone who doesn't care what twin she gets as long as she gets one. I do not think she thinks of George as a replacement for Fred (Like a lot of haters say); George was her friend too I'm sure by the time Fred died she knew the difference between the brothers.

Also who is better for George? Fred was a huge part of George's life, George needs someone that knew Fred and even loved him. I do not think Angelina's grief could ever compare to George's but she lost Fred too either as a close friend or lover, and that could be a reason to pull this unlikely pairing together.    

Though maybe I'm wrong and J.K Rowling did intend for a negative couple, who knows. Though I hate when people just assume the negative things first. I hope this couple gets a role in Harry Potter and the Cured Child

Don't even get me started on the people who draw their kids as white, yes it is possible (though extremely rare) for biracial kids to be appear white, but with a cast of characters where so few are people of color why would you possibly add more white kids to the mix. I don't care if you want Fred II to look just like his father, it is still dumb as hell.
